now. You must spend time developing your gratitude-muscles,<br />
focusing on specific things you’re grateful for.<br />
It doesn’t matter what you’re grateful for; most things we’re<br />
grateful for are mundane. Give some thought to what your life<br />
would be like if you didn’t have these items. Where would you<br />
sit? Where would you eat? What would you do if you didn’t<br />
have a refrigerator to keep your food fresh? What would your<br />
life be like without a washer or dryer?<br />
