Chapter 3: Myth Defied 105
For now, what really is important is to realize the great Aha!
“Ah! I’m run by “I’m not worthy”. How interesting!”
As I mentioned before, most people will consume 10 or 20 years
thrashing around in their victimhood, thinking, “Oh, so I think
I’m not worthy!” Then the ego-brain will kick in and there will
be further reflections, such as, “Why do I think I’m not worthy?
What’s going on?”, thinking that’s how they’re going to change
their situation. But they are not going to get very far.
Einstein was correct when he said, “We can’t solve problems
by using the same kind of thinking we used when we created
them.” Exploring your mind for the answer is not going to help
you get the answer because “you can’t get there from here”.
The answers you seek come from seeing the issue, seeing the
dance that was created in the past and that is still being danced
today, and then having a Commitment to have that dance
transcend.
This next part is really important. The main message is that
nothing happens without Commitment. Here is one of my most
favorite quotes; I read it all the time and I carry it around with
me so I can read it whenever I wish, to others.
