restaurants, The Egg, offering creative soups, tasty<br />

On the opposite, meatier end of the spectrum, check<br />

out Slim’s Pork Chop Express, a smokehouse<br />

barbecue joint that also happens to be inspired by the<br />

eighties cult classic Big Trouble in Little China. A must<br />
