COMMUNICATION<br />

<strong>The</strong> One Hundred First Annual Communication <strong>of</strong> the<br />

Most Worshipful <strong>Grand</strong> <strong>Lodge</strong> <strong>of</strong> A. F. & A. M. <strong>of</strong> Minnesota<br />

was held in the Masonic Temple, Sixth Street and<br />

Smith Avenue, in the City <strong>of</strong> St. Paul, commencing at<br />

10:00 a. m., on Wednesday, March 77,1954, A. L. 59b4,<br />

with all the <strong>Grand</strong> Officers present.<br />

<strong>The</strong>re being a constitutional number <strong>of</strong> <strong>Lodge</strong>s represented,<br />

the <strong>Grand</strong> Master opened the <strong>Grand</strong> <strong>Lodge</strong> in<br />

Ample Form, prayer being <strong>of</strong>fered by the <strong>Grand</strong> Chaplain.<br />

<strong>The</strong> National Colors and the Union Jack were presented,<br />

after which "God Save the Queen" and "America the Beautiful"<br />

were sung under the direction <strong>of</strong> Bro. David E.<br />

Palmer.<br />

<strong>The</strong> <strong>Grand</strong> Secretary moved that the Minutes <strong>of</strong> the<br />

Annual Communication <strong>of</strong> 1953, as printed in the 1953<br />

Proceedings, be approved. Motion duly seconded and<br />

carried.<br />
