Bank Guarantee or BG MT760 is a guarantee given by the bank in behalf of their client (importer) to the exporter's company in corresponds to their contract agreement. This BG is an agreement among three parties involved; the bank, the beneficiary (in whom the guarantee has been given) and the client (the one who requested the Bank Guarantee). Buyer/Developer will provide complete trade deal details and documents such as pro forma invoice or sales and purchase agreement or contract of their trading transaction or project to Bronze Wing Trading. 2. BWT will study the trading transaction between buyer & seller and will inform the concerned parties about the approval or rejection of their Bank Guarantee MT760 application. 3. After the approval of BG application, we will quote the issuance fee charges, admin charges and inform the further process. Upon receipt of admin charges, we will block our bank limit for the subject Bank Guarantee transaction and begin to work on BG transaction. A service agreement will be signed also between BWT & buyer/developer. 4. The buyer/developer will provide specific documents needed and also pay the issuance fee charges for Bank Guarantee to Bronze Wing Trading. 5. Bronze Wing Trading will act and provide the required BG from Top European Bank on behalf of buyer/developer & in favor of supplier/contractor to complete their trade deal.
