OWL 320 High Speed VIS-SWIR - Cooled digital InGaAs
The OWL 320 High-Speed VIS-SWIR offers the latest VIS-
SWIR sensor technology providing unprecedented day-night
surveillance performance. Featuring a State of the Art high
sensitivity InGaAs FPA sensor the OWL 320 High-Speed VIS-
SWIR offers pixels resolution of 320 x 256, with pixel pitch of
30 µm x 30 µm. The camera is able to reach speeds of 346 Hz
for ultrafast applications with high sensitivity response in the
range 0.4 µm to 1.7 µm, allowing exposure time from 500 ns
to 500 ms.
