After verification of the documents, the university will issue Eligibility/Equivalency<br />
Certificate to the Eligible candidates only, and all original documents will be returned in<br />
person at the time of issue of Eligibility/Equivalency certificate.<br />
2. Procedure for admission to State/<strong>University</strong> colleges<br />
� After getting the Eligibility Certificate from the <strong>University</strong>, the candidate has to<br />
apply for admission on the prescribed Admission Application form to the Deputy<br />
Registrar (Admission), <strong>Guru</strong> <strong>Ravidas</strong> <strong>Ayurved</strong> <strong>University</strong> <strong>Punjab</strong>, Jodhamal<br />
Road, Hoshiarpur, 146001 (Pb.), INDIA<br />
� The candidate download Admission Application form from the website of the<br />
<strong>University</strong> www.graupunjab.org Candidate will have to send a demand draft of<br />
Rs.2000/- or equivalent in US $ in favour of Registrar, <strong>Guru</strong> <strong>Ravidas</strong> <strong>Ayurved</strong><br />
<strong>University</strong> <strong>Punjab</strong>, Hoshiarpur, Pb, INDIA drawn on any bank payable at<br />
Hoshiarpur towards the cost of form.<br />
After getting the Admission Application form, he has to send this duly completed form to<br />
Deputy Registrar (Admission), <strong>Guru</strong> <strong>Ravidas</strong> <strong>Ayurved</strong> <strong>University</strong> <strong>Punjab</strong>, Jodhamal<br />
Road, Hoshiarpur, 146001 (Pb.), INDIA , along with a bank draft of US $ 500 or its<br />
equivalent amount in Indian Rupees plus Rs.2000 or equivalent in US$ as a cost of<br />
form in favour of Registrar, <strong>Guru</strong> <strong>Ravidas</strong> <strong>Ayurved</strong> <strong>University</strong> <strong>Punjab</strong>, Jodhamal Road,<br />
Hoshiarpur, 146001 (Pb.), INDIA drawn on any bank payable at Hoshiarpur.<br />
The candidate has to attach the photocopies of the following documents<br />
duly attested by the competent authority along with application form:-<br />
(i) 10+1/ equivalent examination detailed marks certificate(s)<br />
(The certificate(s) must show the marks of Physics, Chemistry, Biology & English)<br />
(ii) 10+2/ equivalent examination detailed marks certificate(s)/Official Transcript<br />
(The certificate(s) must show the marks of Physics, Chemistry, Biology & English)<br />
(iii) Explanation Sheet of grades.
