Request for Proposal for establishing e-Governance Systems
Support structured searches driven by metadata.
Ability to perform searches across multiple indexes.
Should support attachment search.
Should be able to support search on multiple repositories such as
web sites, file shares, Messaging System and other data repositories.
8.1.3.8 Operations and Computer Performance:
System should be capable of process scheduling that enablesthe
operator to initiate, monitor, and stopscheduled processes, such as
onlineavailability, batch jobs, and systemmaintenance.
System should provideonline status messages indicating job
ortransaction type and name, when requestedprocessing starts and
completes, and systemerrors.
System should allow reportsto be produced in the background
whileother system processing takes place.
System should provide thesystem administrator the ability to
controlthe archiving process, including archiving criteria such as
date,accounting period, closed items, andvendors inactive for a
specific time period.
System should provide theability to selectively retrieve archived
databased on user-defined criteria such as date,accounting period,
circle, or project.
System should maintain andreport on productivity statistics
aboutapplication usage.
System must provide audittrails to identify changes made to
systemparameters and tables that would affect theprocessing or
reprocessing of any financialtransactions.
System must providecomputing performance metrics, forplatforms
and systems environments onwhich the application is certified to
run, including transaction processing throughputcapacity,expected
workstation client response, time by transaction type,data storage
capacity, andlimitations on concurrent userconnectivity.
System should maintain thecurrent and historical financialdata.
Should supportconcurrent access to functional modules for multiple
user communities.
