Request for Proposal for establishing e-Governance Systems 6 Implementation model In the case of the e-ticketing solution, the SI would be required to handle the ticketing solution by providing adequate manpower during the first six months post-implementation. At the end of this period, ASI would decide whether to continue with the SIs staff on a new contract, or hire fresh persons who would provide the ticketing solution. However such a model will allow ASI to address important factors such as ASI’s ownership of the e-governance solution and to benefit from specialized expertise of private sector. In any event, the SI would be responsible for both training as well as ensuring that the persons who are recruited for this purpose are adequately trained, as a part of the capacity building requirements.
