9.3.2 Credential Format
Credentials are required in the prescribed format for each of the following:
1. At least one engagement as System Integrator for managing large visitor inflow with requirements on a
scale comparable to ASI.
2. At least 2 engagements for Finance and Accounts software implementations.
3. Prior experience of working with as System Integrator in India with project value more than `10 crores
(excluding supply of hardware servers, components, devices etc) each in past 3 years
4. Prior experience of handling at least one engagements for manning customer facing counter operations.
Agency shall have an experience of handling customer facing transactions. Bidder shall submit Published
document by previous client for these engagements
