It’s exciting and almost overwhelming to look back on 2017! It was certainly a year to
remember, most strongly characterized by a spiritual preparation for transition.
Until recently, we’ve been a small, unnoticed organization in El Salvador. We’ve been
doing something that no one else cared about or wanted to do. All of our team members
have joined because of passion, and we have been going strong and hard for many
years, fervently and devotedly working. A few years ago, never would we have thought
about a five-year plan; never would we have thought about HR procedures, payscales
and other such institutional manners.
But now we’ve found ourselves in a different position. We are a medium-sized organization,
and we are being noticed in the country. We’re doing something that no one else
is doing and people are really starting to raise their eyebrows about. We have more
beneficiaries and more team members. We need more clarity in policies and procedures.
Thankfully, and as always, the Lord places the right people in the perfect place and time
in order to show us just what we need. And He never fails to provide the means to get
there. The lessons learned and processes Project RED walked through in 2017 have set
the stage for growth for a more stable and sustainable future.
We are so very thankful.
And as always, I am so very grateful for each and every one of you. Thank you for believing
in this mission. Thank you for believing in our team. Thank you for loving our families
down in El Salvador and for helping us to save and restore lives, one by one.

Reintegration
We provide for the basic physical and material needs
of the children and families we serve. Simultaneously,
we facilitate positive emotional enviroments in the
homes, setting the stage for individual transformation
and lasting change.
Education
Because access to education in El Salvador is limited,
we are able to provide life changing learning opportunities
for children, teens and adults and entire family
groups.
Development
Due to complexity and diversity of the problems faced
by the families at RED, we create and execute individualized
intervention plans in order to better the physical,
economic, spiritual and emotional conditions of each
family.
