this historic, regional tradition that
occurs each June. Scandinavian
roots are not required to celebrate
Midsummer. It continues to be a
fun, family friendly, and important
day with centuries-old traditions and
everyone is invited!

Ring with Debra Carus of Elentari
Handverk! Channel your inner Viking
and learn some basic metalsmithing to
create a beautiful sterling silver ring
with your choice of rune pattern.

Writer Timothy Boyce will present
on the secret WWII Diary of Odd
Nansen, a political prisoner and
the son of Norwegian explorer and
humanitarian Fridtjof Nansen. Boyce
has presented all over the country,
spreading awareness and sharing one
of the few translations to come out of
European concentration camps.
