simply the careless and sinful ones are in danger of

and of the end of the world. It must ever be
remembered that these words were spoken for the
benefit of those who of all people were most
constant in prayer and communion with God; and
if they were needful for them, how much more so
for the thoughtless and indifferent. The true
knowledge of the sign of the coming of the Lord is
