Sites along Bayfield Street, north of HWY 400 offer the potential
for large-scale redevelopment.
Use existing drive lanes and intersections to determine a
street network while providing connections to adjacent
neighbourhoods.
Using a well-connected street network as a foundation for new
well-scaled development sites, buildings and open spaces will
evolve over time.
