m) Additions or renovations within a historic neighbourhhod
should use materials that match or enhance the original
structure (e.g. color, texture, scale, etc.).
n) Where appropriate, heritage structures should be retained
and incorporated into new developments, through
adaptive re-use.
o) In all renovations/alterations to properties within
historic neighbourhoods, a heritage professional should
be involved to ensure the most appropriate renovation
techniques and materials are employed.
