SUBRAMANI SEKAR S<br />

On-the-spot award was given to Mr. Subramani Sekar S for iden fying<br />

the scope for improving the quality in RSB6. He took the ini a ve and got<br />

the pathway height adjusted that further helped to reduce the count CV<br />

and improved it up to 70% in 40s HY<br />

ANNADURAI<br />

Iden fying the reason for the frequent stoppage of the spinning machine was not an easy task.<br />

Mr. Annadurai received on-the-spot award for iden fying the problem<br />

and suggested placing a glowing lamp outside the S3 plant wall which<br />

helped iden fy the status of the plant by simply analysing the glowing<br />

condi on of the lamp. The placement of the lamp helped eliminate<br />

breakdowns and improved func onality of the plant.<br />

SASIKUMAR<br />

In Vagai the star ng me of the new erec on machine was high due to<br />

concrete work.On-the-spot award was given to Mr. Sasikumar for using an<br />

eco-friendly material instead of the concrete work for star ng erec on of<br />

the machine which was quick in se ng and also curing free.<br />

This reduced the machine me from 11 days to 4 days and improved<br />

produc on.<br />

MOHAMEED RAFIC<br />

Mr. Mohameed Rafic received an on-the-spot award for designing<br />

the stripper which was placed under the suc on mouth which<br />

reduced loss and improved quality.<br />

MANONMANI<br />

On the spot award was given to Ms. Manomani for crea ng an extra<br />

nozzle in OTHC for blowing the waste from yarn guide. Waste chocking<br />

was very high in assembly winding within the yarn guide area that was<br />

affec ng the quality.<br />
