below against the work. Quotation will be received in this office in sealed envelop up to 3.00<br />
P.M. of 06.01.2010. in the tender box of this Zilla Parishad kept in the office chamber of the<br />
undersigned from the bonafied specialized agency having experience in same type of work<br />
and credential 20,00,000=00 of Acoustical, Stage Craft and work mentioned below in a<br />
Single Work Order and will be opened on the same date at 3.30 P.M. in presence of the<br />
intending participants.<br />

<strong>The</strong> intending participants will have to apply from 29.12.09 to 04.01.2010 the<br />
undersigned along with Professional Tax clearance certificates valid up to 06.01.2010. for<br />
permission to purchase bidding documents. <strong>The</strong> bidding documents will be issued to the<br />
successful applicants up to 05.01.2010 against payment of Rs. 5000=00 per set in the form<br />
of Bank Draft in favour Additional Executive Officer, Jalpaiguri Zilla Parishad. In<br />
respect of judging the eligibility of participants, the decision of the undersigned will be final.<br />
<strong>The</strong> successful quotationer will have to execute formal agreement as per rules<br />
within 5 (five) days from the date issue of acceptance letter of rate and will have to take up<br />
the work within 7 (seven) days to be reckoned from the date of receipt of work order and will<br />
have to complete the work within 120 days positively. In the event of failure to maintain<br />
either of the above time schedules, the agency will be liable of punishment as per rules. This<br />
Zilla Parishad authority does not bind himself to accept the lowest rate, but reserves the right<br />
to accept any rate and to reject any/all the offers without assigning any reason. No materials<br />
will be issued to the agency by this Zilla Parishad for this work.<br />
