• A demo library will be made available to serve for training and sales<br />
enablement purposes.<br />
• Access to <strong>RMG</strong>’s private occasional thought leadership events.<br />
• Access to a partner portal will be provided in order to access documents.<br />
• Case studies will be created by <strong>RMG</strong> for jointly selected projects partner<br />
has executed (subject to partner approval).<br />
• Joint participation in industry events such as conferences and exhibitions<br />
as well as specialist industry events.<br />
• Joint PR approach – press release on partnership and ongoing PR<br />
releases on remarkable joint projects will be facilitated by <strong>RMG</strong>.<br />
• <strong>Partner</strong>s will be mentioned on <strong>RMG</strong> website under partner section and<br />
listed in publicly available directory.<br />
• <strong>RMG</strong> experience centre is available to partners at all times for all client<br />
related visits, demo sessions and events (subject to availability at desired<br />
date)<br />
SALES SUPPORT<br />
• A Pre-Sales resource will assist the client with their requests, defining desired effective solutions and<br />
creating adequate proposals together.<br />
• Dedicated <strong>RMG</strong> account / channel manager will be appointed to support the partner throughout.<br />
STREAMLINED COMMUNICATION<br />
The partner will have one central SPOC to guide any enquiry in the right direction<br />
to facilitate quick resolution of any request or issues and provide easy escalation<br />
procedure when needed. Our goal is to guarantee a high service level at all time.
ON-BOARDING AND TRAINING OPPORTUNITIES<br />
Segmented training programs will be available for<br />
specific teams within the partner organisation: sales,<br />
pre-sales, project management, marketing.<br />
• Continuous training and certification program<br />
through e-learning platform (to be provided as of<br />
mid 2018).<br />
• Bi-annual online update and training sessions will<br />
be organised by <strong>RMG</strong>.<br />
• Yearly training sessions will be organised at the<br />
<strong>RMG</strong> experience centre making sure all sales<br />
resources are up-to-date and fully informed, ready<br />
to market the joint partner-<strong>RMG</strong> value propositions<br />
and solutions.<br />
• Provide ad-hoc trainings on all new <strong>RMG</strong> product<br />
and services launches via e-learning platform,<br />
email notifications, video- and web-session at latest<br />
3 months after launch. Subject to interest and<br />
approval from partner.<br />
PROJECT MANAGEMENT<br />
AND TECHNICAL SUPPORT<br />
• A dedicated project manager will be assigned to help<br />
the partner with the successful and cost-effective<br />
implementation of joint projects – subject to fees<br />
charged by <strong>RMG</strong>.<br />
• Senior technical expert will provide 24/7 support<br />
to partners and the end client if needed to ensure<br />
continuity of installed solutions at all times.<br />
COMMERCIAL BENEFITS<br />
<strong>RMG</strong> partners receive a range of commercial and<br />
financial benefits such as preferential pricing on <strong>RMG</strong><br />
products and services, discounts and rebates. This<br />

BUSINESS PLANNING MARKETING PLANNING TRAINING AND CERTIFICATION<br />
The partner and <strong>RMG</strong> should set out<br />
to create a joint yearly business plan<br />
and commit to implement the mutually<br />
agreed business plan and achieve<br />
set goals to the best of their abilities.<br />
Quarterly reviews will be held with<br />
partners to identify potential<br />
<strong>Partner</strong> and <strong>RMG</strong> create joint yearly<br />
marketing plan in collaboration with<br />
marketing departments of both<br />
companies and commit to execute the<br />
plan and achieve set goals<br />
quarterly reviews with partner.<br />
In order to achieve jointly set<br />
goals, partners should ensure their<br />
commercial teams participate in<br />
all <strong>RMG</strong> trainings and get certified<br />
through <strong>RMG</strong>’s training program. This<br />
certification is an essential part of the<br />
<strong>RMG</strong> partner program and requirement<br />
for being an <strong>RMG</strong> Value <strong>Partner</strong>.<br />
