“Therefore, the Commission will beg<strong>in</strong> work with Member States<br />

and bus<strong>in</strong>esses to build on these rules and develop coord<strong>in</strong>ated and<br />

more concrete implementation with<strong>in</strong> the EU, reflect<strong>in</strong>g the<br />

economic reality of the S<strong>in</strong>gle Market. For example, recent OECD<br />

and EU proposals aim<strong>in</strong>g at <strong>in</strong>creas<strong>in</strong>g transparency will provide<br />

new <strong>in</strong>formation which could help tax adm<strong>in</strong>istrations identify<br />
