What are Essential Oils?
Essential oils are concentrated plant extracts
obtained through gentle steam distillation, cold
pressing or resin tapping. They are volatile
liquids and aromatic compounds, and as a
concentrated substance, are more powerful
than the plant from which they are extracted.
Essential oils can help support every system of
the body, whether it is to enhance mood,
support overall wellness and well-being,
aromatherapy, promote relaxation and personal
care. Every aspect of daily life can benefit from

How can I use
them?
Aromatically
Breathe them in by inhaling directly
from the bottle or by diffusing with
cold water and a diffuser.
Topically
Apply oils on your skin either
directly from the bottle, or diluted
with a carrier oil such as fractionated
coconut oil or sweet almond oil.
Internally
Many of our essential oils may be
used to cook and bake! A drop of
water can help support one’s health

All about the oils
Raven
This is a blend of ravensara, lemon, wintergreen,
peppermint and eucalyptus radiata. It can support the
upper respiratory system when applied topically or
diffused.
Lavender
This oil supports relaxation and is wonderful to diffuse
before bedtime. When added to some epsom salts in the
bath or to your personal care products, it can also be
beneficial to your skin! It is known as the Swiss Army
Knife of oils for its multitude of uses!
Lemon Vitality
Lemon essential oil is cold pressed from the rind of the
lemon and contains the constituent limonene. Add a drop
in a glass of water to support the liver, kidney and urinary
tract.
Panaway
Panaway has a stimulating aroma and is a popular
combination of Wintergreen, Helichrysum, Clove and
Peppermint essential oils. It may be applied topically to
support muscles and joints and is wonderful after
exercise.

Thieves Vitality
Inspired by the legend of four 15th-century
French thieves who formulated a special
aromatic combination composed of clove,
rosemary, and other botanicals used while
robbing the dead and dying, Thieves is one of
Young Living’s most popular products. This oil is
a blend that contains Clove, Cinnamon Bark,
Rosemary, Lemon and Eucalyptus Radiata and is

Citrus Fresh
This blend of orange, tangerine, grapefruit,
lemon, mandarin and spearmint essential
