VI. The Oregon Bill of Rights 2017 SESSION, Senate Bill 241 Directs Department of Corrections, in cooperation with existing public body, to develop guidelines for using bill of rights of children of incarcerated parents in policy and procedure decisions that impact incarcerated individuals with children.
