Nijmegen is home to the Dutch Bicycle<br />
Centre at the “Honigcomplex”, a hub where<br />
20 independent cycling business work<br />
side by side in sales, maintenance, design,<br />
innovation, consultancy and advocacy. Here<br />
you can see bikenomics in practice. This is<br />
also the site where Jos Sluijsmans started<br />
the <strong>International</strong> <strong>Cargo</strong> <strong>Bike</strong> <strong>Festival</strong>. We<br />
are proud that this fabulous event went<br />
international this year to reach even more<br />
visitors and cargo bike enthusiasts.<br />
During the European Mobility Week<br />
(16th - 22nd September) in our Green<br />
Capital year we will be focussing on smart<br />
mobility. We are organizing a programme<br />
of public events and campaigns - with a<br />
different theme each day.<br />
