ABOUT THE BRAND & ITS ETHOS
My journey started back in 2010, with a short
business plan development course, which compelled
me to explore the possibilities of running my own
business. I had recently become interested in a
more holistic way of life due to my children having
allergies, so the prospect of selling natural hair
products seemed an appropriate place to start.
Once I begun to discover the wonderful botanical
benefits of plants and herbs, I ventured to buy
some ingredients and turn my kitchen into a
laboratory for the first of many nights.
I had no clue just how passionate and obsessed I
would become about this idea, but I have learned
so much, not just about the business and all things
related to it but in particular about myself.

EXPERIENCE IN THE HAIRDRESSING INDUSTRY.
I researched, studied, formulated and
re-formulated, tried and tested. I had many
triumphs and many failures, but everything happens
for a reason and nothing happens before its time.
And now… it’s time for me to share my passion with
the rest of the world.

THEIR HAIR CARE AND MAINTENANCE ISSUES, USING 100% NATURAL AND NATURALLY DERIVED INGREDIENTS

Naturelle Hair Therapy, is a
salon based treatment
service which provides
clients with hair care and
maintenance plans, in order
to remedy any hair care
issues and maintain good
quality hair. I see my clients
on an individual basis in
order to give them the
privacy and 1-2-1 attention
that they need. During a
1-2-1 consultation, we
discuss 3 factors: Hair care
history; personal and family
health; diet and lifestyle,
which can all contribute to
the condition and health of
the clients hair.
Rich Elements is the brands
hand made hair cosmetic
range.Formulated without
the use of any harmful
synthetic chemicals, colours
or fragrances. All of the
products are made from
well sourced, high quality
fair trade ingredients. Rich
elements is the sole product
range used in conjunction
with providing the Naturelle
Hair Therapy services.
Self-developments
workshops are my avenue to
share the knowledge that I
have. Within the black
community we have so
much multi-cultural
diversity and the diversity
of our hair extends
throughout each culture.
Many people seek an
understanding of how to
manage natural hair. My aim
is to encourage and
educate, young girls,
mothers who find it difficult
to manage their children's
hair, and re-habilitated
women who want to learn
new skills in natural hair
care.

SMALL BATCH FORMULATING
My team and I produce small
batches every 2 weeks on a Sunday
We have a ‘made-to-order’ system,
to maintain quality control and to
give the customer the maximum
shelf - life possible.
Orders are collected during the two
weeks prior, with the deadline for
order being the end of the business
working day on the Friday before
each formulation date, so that each
fortnightly batch of products can be
posted the following Tuesday,

Calming, gentle and conditioning shampoo leaves hair soft
and clean. Cleanses your hair without completely stripping
away your natural sebum. Made with authentic African black
soap from Ghana, West Africa. It relieves skin irritations.
Blended with ayurvedic powders which cleanse the sweat
glands/pores, herbs, and oils. The essentials contained
within are antiseptic, antimicrobial, carminative and

A syrup like consistency which balances the Ph level of your
hair. It spreads easily and absorbs quickly and has 3 functions;
detangling, co-washing and conditioning.
It contains apple cider vinegar and natural humectants infused
with 3 healing herbs. Also blended with regenerative oils and
agents such as silk peptides and D-panthenol. It contains
essential oils with anti-inflammatory, anti-infectious, and
