Expand the road section in three
lanes for each direction in the axis
Tirana-Durres. Create a freight lane
with information infrastructure,
security, underground infrastructure
for environmental factors
management, acoustic barriers,
lighting, overpasses in urban
centres and ecological overpass to
continue the managed regional park
managed in the Vora urban centre.
Establish managed entry and exit
points to connect with the secondary
road network in urban areas
and economic areas.
Complete the secondary highway
roads, for free of charge movement
in these segments, with limited
speed.

Covering with physical
infrastructure the optic
fibre network and
antenna system for
telecommunications in:
Tirana, Durres, Vore,
Shijak, Kamez.
Develop and maintain the corridors
and stations for optic fibre
networks in the regional urban
centres. Connect to high speed
internet network the areas of
regional and national importance.
Cover urban and rural areas with
antenna system for portable
telephony.
