centres in rural areas. Improve
public spaces with a focus on
readdressing historical-cultural
buildings for tourist purposes
(historical tourism, agro-tourism
etc.). Improve infrastructure in
areas of retrofitting interventions.

Improve public services in rural
residential areas, near urban-rural
regeneration areas. Create one
stop shop online services in public
administration offices.
Establish tourism information
offices in private business premises.
Develop certification centres
and vocational courses near the
unmanaged spaces in the territorial
assets of the municipalities;
create opportunities to use these
territories with different functions
depending on the programs.

Establishing regional
markets, infrastructure
of collection and
processing points of
agricultural products in:
Sukth, Hamallaj, Ndroq,
Peze, Maminas, Nikel.
Establish regional collection /
processing / trading centres of
local / regional products. Equip
these areas with logistic supporting
infrastructure. Developing dedicated
online platforms for the location
and services of these regional
centres.
