Schools as community
centres in the region:

Municipality of Shijak;
Municipality of Kamez;
Municipality of Vore.
Pilot projects to transform a school
into a community centre, for each
regional municipality. Provide new
facilities to develop social services
in the school premises, which help
in extracurricular education and
training for all age groups.

Improve regional public health,
