Strengthen the Spitalla pole with a
service area in light industry and
logistics. Support with power
supply, underground infrastructure,
buffer zones for gasification,
telecommunication and rail
networks for freight transport. Fast
and efficient access, with multimodal
stations, ports and regional
logistics centres. Develop supporting
infrastructures for the management
of flooded areas near this
axis.
