“Fermerë me Pamje nga Deti” pati qëllim që të shqyrtonte gjendjen e turizmit në katër fshatra malorë të Rivierës Shqiptare-Pilur, Kudhës, Qeparo Fshat dhe Himarë Fshat- dhe t’i përgjigjej pyetjes përse këto fshatra janë indiferentë ndaj të ardhurave prej turizmit, ndërkohë që fshatrat përgjatë bregut kanë një vërshim të parasë. Synimi: nxitja e këtyre fshatrave drejt turizmit nëpërmjet ideve të ndjeshme, me kosto të ulet dhe me rezultat të shpejtë.

Artwalk<br />
Artwalk is a chain of concerts, film screenings, and other artistic performances<br />
staged in public spaces, throughout the spring and sum<strong>me</strong>r,<br />
one weekend per month. Large portions of the historic villages are<br />
abandoned currently, and crumbling. Without residents, these ruined<br />
areas are difficult to activate and impossible to use after dark—they are<br />
off-limits and unproductive. Artwalk opens these spaces up to the public<br />
on a regular planned schedule, and hosts performances in the intimate<br />
and beautiful “outdoor rooms” of the villages. These miniature theaters<br />
present a cultural curator’s dream; each small plaza can operate on its<br />
own, or multiple can work together to tell a story. For example, after<br />
listening to a long, <strong>me</strong>lancholic song in one square, one could wander to<br />
the next to discover an uplifting conclusion. There could be one evening<br />
entirely dedicated to one film director, whose entire careers work, one<br />
film per piazza, could be shown simultaneously throughout the entire<br />
village. Many people would go just to soak in the atmosphere, for a<br />
couple of hours and to take part in the social scene.<br />
