”I have been working at DEN OUDEN
GROEP with much love and fun since
September 2009. At the time, the family
business took over Groenrecycling in
Rosmalen from the family business of
my parents, where I had already been
working on the weighbridge since
January 2005. I am very proud to be
able to work for this beautiful family
business! Those who already know me
are well aware of this ;).
I basically grew up in the green sector,
and DEN OUDEN GROEP gives me all
sorts of opportunities and challenges
that allow me to grow personally. I
am now an account manager and I
sell soil improvers for public greenery,
and I am like a spider in the web who
feels involved in the entire company.
Moreover, you regularly see me as the
face of our company at trade fairs to
promote ‘our’ company and share my
passion.
The best thing is that we connect
to many target groups that have
something to do with soil and nature.
In many cases, one of our services
and/or products can be of some use to
both the green and grey sectors, which
distinguishes us from the rest. It truly
feels like ‘our’ company because we
work with a great team of colleagues
and are given all sorts of opportunities
to think of a better solution for our
relations together, with heart for the
business.”
