1.7 Performance Ladder Social
Entrepreneurship (PSO)
DEN OUDEN GROEP meets the requirements for Level 3
on the PSO Performance Ladder. The Performance Ladder
Social Entrepreneurship (PSO) quality label demonstrates
that DEN OUDEN GROEP not only supports people with a
vulnerable labour market position in its work, but also offers
them a place within our own business.
Companies with a level 3 recognition are among the leading
companies in the field of social entrepreneurship and meet
the qualitative requirements relating to appropriate work,
integration, functioning & development, and guidance. DEN
OUDEN GROEP considers social entrepreneurship to be selfevident:
people with a distance to the labour market work
with us on the work floor.
1.8 CO 2 performance ladder
DEN OUDEN GROEP is certified at Level 5 of the CO 2
performance ladder. The objective is to reduce energy
consumption over a period of five years, which will reduce
CO 2 emissions by 10% calculated from the base year 2015.
To achieve this objective, initiatives by the management,
but certainly also by the employees of DEN OUDEN GROEP
will need to be investigated and applied where possible.
This means we not only do this in our business, but also in
our projects. In our policy, we pay attention to how we can
develop sustainably on the one hand (energy and materials)
and achieve reduction on the other hand (energy, CO 2
emissions, and waste).
