HIGHLIGHTS
With the G1015 roller wrapper, the transporting, wrapping, and stacking work cycles can be combined in one machine. The extremely robust
and compact design of the wrapper also guarantees an exceptionally long service life. The wrapper is suitable for both front and rear
attachment. An extremely broad selection of loader attachments is available.

The G1015 wrapping machine is equipped with the user-friendly program
control STANDARD with wireless operation and electronic joystick. All
functions can also be performed directly on the control system housing
on the machine – which is very useful when changing films in particular.
Using additional connections, the hydraulic top link can also be actuated
using the wrapping machine program control.

HYDRAULIC CYLINDERS AND MOTORS
The hydraulic cylinders in the base frame of the wrapper and the hydraulic
motors installed inside the rollers are provided with optimum
protection.
CLEAR VIEW
One of the exceptional advantages of the G1015 wrapping machine is the
side-positioned upper frame section. This provides a clear view of the
entire work area and round bale.

WRAPPING ARM WITH FILM STRETCHING
UNIT
The wrapping arm is equipped with a film stretching unit for 750 mm film
rolls. The patented plastic rollers ensure completely uniform pre-stretching.
In addition, the rollers are not temperature sensitive. This saves film
and guarantees tightly wrapped bales. The quick-change system allows
empty rolls to be replaced quickly and easily.
FILM CUTTER
The stainless steel cutting knife guarantees clean and precise cutting of
film. At the same time, the film is fixed in place by the cutter lever. Shortly
after the start of the wrapping process, the standard float position ensures
easy release of the wrapping film.

ROLLERS
The large rollers of the wrapper ensure that even heavy bales (up to 1200
kg) can be wrapped with ease. The rollers driven in series turn and wrap
the bales evenly and gently. In addition, the rollers provide the internal
hydraulic motors with optimum protection.

HYDRAULIC TOP LINK
The hydraulic top link allows for easy and continuous setting of the wrapping
machine tilt. Connections for the hydraulic top link are optionally
available. This can also be actuated directly using the wrapper program
control.

ADDITIONAL EQUIPMENT
A host of additional equipment such as the bale tipper, film monitoring
unit, support roller, or the counterweight mean that the round bale wrapper
can be customized to the user's liking.
