The Author Joe LoGablo has made some pretty bold claims about his<br />
workout program's efficiency in burning belly fat, building lean muscle,<br />
and reclaiming the ramping up men's sexual performance just by running<br />
16 minutes per week.<br />
While this may sound absurd to most of you, Joe has taken it upon<br />
himself to provide scientific proof to back his claims.<br />
I have tried almost all of the workouts myself, and yes they do work as I<br />
have been using similar training methods for several years that he talks<br />
about in this program<br />

the trainer himself. The credibility of the trainer is vital so that people<br />
can believe in the program and follow it.<br />
Most of you have probably never heard of Joe LoGablo. Before he<br />
authored the <strong>Anabolic</strong> <strong>Running</strong> program, Joe was a fitness trainer and a<br />
regular at the gym for the routine workout.<br />
Obsessed with fitness, Joe also used to participate in marathons and half<br />
marathons in an effort to get the perfect body.<br />
After some time participating in marathons, Joe wasn't getting the results<br />
he wanted. Instead, running made Joe tired, weak and skinny. Many of<br />

US National Library of Medicine confirming how cardio workouts have<br />
been causing testosterone drops in men to the point that they are even<br />
lower than men who don't work out.
Joe decided to quit normal cardio workouts that were messing with his<br />
love life and set out to find a new workout program that would be<br />
