The Author Joe LoGablo has made some pretty bold claims about his<br />

workout program's efficiency in burning belly fat, building lean muscle,<br />

and reclaiming the ramping up men's sexual performance just by running<br />

16 minutes per week.<br />

While this may sound absurd to most of you, Joe has taken it upon<br />

himself to provide scientific proof to back his claims.<br />

I have tried almost all of the workouts myself, and yes they do work as I<br />

have been using similar training methods for several years that he talks<br />

about in this program<br />

Most of you have probably never heard of Joe LoGablo. Before he<br />

authored the <strong>Anabolic</strong> <strong>Running</strong> program, Joe was a fitness trainer and a<br />

regular at the gym for the routine workout.<br />

Obsessed with fitness, Joe also used to participate in marathons and half<br />

marathons in an effort to get the perfect body.<br />

After some time participating in marathons, Joe wasn't getting the results<br />

he wanted. Instead, running made Joe tired, weak and skinny. Many of<br />

you who participate in marathons may have had the same reaction.<br />

Things in the bedroom with his newlywed wife went from great to<br />

terrible to the point that his wife was accusing him of not loving her<br />

anymore.<br />

Sex became boring and felt more like a job than making love to his wife.<br />

Joe confesses that sometimes he couldn't even get it up.<br />

Working out also didn't help as he felt weak and looked worse than he<br />

did when he started working out. All this prompted Joe to do some<br />

research to find out what was wrong with his body.<br />

After some deep research, Joe LoGalbo read a shocking article from the<br />

US National Library of Medicine confirming how cardio workouts have<br />

been causing testosterone drops in men to the point that they are even<br />

lower than men who don't work out.


Joe decided to quit normal cardio workouts that were messing with his<br />

love life and set out to find a new workout program that would be<br />

effective and give him the desired results.<br />

After intense research, Joe discovered the <strong>Anabolic</strong> <strong>Running</strong> workout<br />

routine which surprisingly was not a new concept.<br />

<strong>Anabolic</strong> <strong>Running</strong> can be traced back to thousands of years ago during<br />

the hunting and gathering era. Man had to hunt wild animals to get food.<br />

you have ten 45-second sprints with 3-minute rest intervals after every<br />

sprint.


Participants should practice nasal breathing during the rest intervals as<br />

opposed to mouth breathing. The sprints in one session add up to about<br />

eight minutes.<br />

For the best results, have two anabolic running workout sessions every<br />

week after which you should start noticing changes in your physique and<br />

needed. For lactic acid to be released into your bloodstream, your body<br />

Additionally, Joe has included how-to videos for the exercises which<br />

you won't find anywhere on the internet. The videos show how to go<br />

about the exercise and how to breathe in between the exercises to get the<br />

best results.
