Aesculap Battery-Operated Clipper Econom CL for Sheep ​
Aesculap is one of the first companies in the world to market a wireless sheep clipper. Aesculap used
their expertise and engineering skills to thoroughly meet the special demands made on batteries when
sheep shearing. The new sheep clipper does of course boast the prestigious Aesculap quality down
to the last detail.
New product
The electronic controller controls the power flow from battery to machine. When more power is needed,
the controller automatically increases the performance and lowers it if necessary. This optimises battery
life and ensures the quality of the shearing remains consistently good. Using a brushless direct current
motor (EC motor) has the advantage of less heat development, leading to longer battery service life and
thus longer overall service life for the clipper. The lack of carbon brushes therefore provides a practically
wear-free drive.
