Nobody wants to be a donkey!
This lively Nativity by Lin Marsh tells the traditional Christmas story but with plenty of
humour and engaging new songs which children will love singing. The poor old donkey
hates having to wear those ears while everyone makes fun of them, but they come
to realise that the donkey was probably one of the most important characters in the
story. There are 36 speaking parts and the piece is suitable for a whole primary school
production or for KS2. The songs are written in a modern style (including one for the staff
to sing!) and there is an exciting backing track to help schools without a pianist.
