minute until it is crispy on the<br />

outside and soft in the middle.<br />

Drain excess oil from the waffle.<br />

Savory and sweet, the <strong>Roscoe</strong> is brunch on a tortilla. Fried<br />

egg and a fried waffle with a crispy fried chicken tender,<br />

bacon strip, and a side of maple syrup to tie it all<br />

together... the perfect taco for riding into the sunset.<br />
