We reserve the right without prior notice to make changes (whether in<br />
design, materials, improvements or otherwise) in any product and may<br />
discontinue the manufacture or import of any catalogue item without<br />
obligations of any kind.<br />
Any recommendations or technical advice given are believed to be<br />
reliable, but we make no warranty, express or implied for the results<br />
obtained.<br />
We will accept purchase orders for time released shipments over an<br />
agreed upon period to satisfy your customers "just in time"<br />
requirements. These are considered firm orders and subject to<br />
shipment of the order balance at the end of the release period.<br />
All tools manufactured by us, or for us by other manufacturers, carry a<br />
full warranty, and any tools proving faulty in workmanship or material<br />
will be repaired or replaced at our discretion "No Charge." This<br />
warranty does not cover any items altered or modified, or which have<br />
been damaged by misuse, or failure of appropriate preventive<br />
maintenance. It is the end user's responsibility to inspect a special<br />
threaded product prior to using to produce the end product.<br />
