Jet Taps: We offer 24 hour manufacturing service for any unlisted special from #4<br />
Machine Screw (3mm) to 4.1/2" (110mm) diameters manufactured from<br />
standard stocked tap blanks as listed in Tables 302/303/311. We also offer<br />
extra length sizes from 1/4" to 1.1/2" where blanks are stocked.<br />
Service applies to both Right and Left Hand unlisted special taps in straight flute,<br />
spiral point and spiral flute with standard thread lengths.<br />
Maximum Tap Quantities as<br />
follows:<br />
#4 to 15/16" 12 Taps<br />
1" to 1.7/8" 10 Taps<br />
2" to 2.7/8" 6 Taps<br />
3" to 4.1/2" 3 Taps<br />
Jet Reamers:<br />
We offer 24 to 48 hour service for any unlisted special Straight Shank Straight<br />
Flute Chucking Reamers in a range from 5/16" to 1" diameters manufactured<br />
from standard stocked reamer blanks.<br />
