Co ridor companies, busine s owners and nonprofits
are all racing to understand just how the biggest
tax overhaul in 30 years wi l a fect them, with
some industries expected to fare be ter than others.
A cording to a recent analysis from the University of
Pennsylvania’s Wharton School of Busine s, companies
in the utilities, transportation and real estate
sector stand to s e the bi gest benefit in terms of
their effective tax. Manufacturing and food service
busine ses could s e le s of a change, while nonprofits
are fearing negative e fects, due to changes to
