progression-enabling skate shoe models to date. Honoring more than
40 years of critical performance feedback, Vans Pro Skate offers a
versatile shoe construction that skate shoe also utilizes a modern
internal sock-fit construction, providing a breathable, responsive and
snug fit, along with ventilated tongue, collar and quarter panels for
increased airflow.
One would be hard-pressed to name anyone that skates as smooth and
stylish, with as deep a bag of tricks as Sydney, Australia’s switch technician,
Chima Ferguson. There’s a damn good reason Chima was asked to set the
tone with the first part in Propeller; his laid-back approach to the hairiest
tricks exemplifies our Off The Wall philosophy. Only Chima has the gift to
make a switch backtail down 13 look as causal as slappying a curb.
Naturally his chill vibes carry over into his tough as leather Vans Signature
Pro collection, and for SS18 he collaborated again with Vans to develop a
7-pieces Apparel and Accessories Collection made of everyday staples in a
blue, red, white and black monochrome look.
