Tracking your calories is usually for only a<br />

couple of weeks and all you need to do to<br />

get your diet under control. You will soon<br />

realize the type of damage that some foods<br />

are capable of doing and which foods can<br />

be eaten on a daily basis. For example, it<br />

may only take you a couple of minutes to<br />

eat a turtle sundae. However, in order to<br />

burn it off, you would need to walk for 225<br />

minutes or jog for 93 minutes.<br />

5<br />

LOG YOUR MEASUREMENTS<br />

In addition to calorie tracking,<br />

your body transformations should be<br />

tracked as well. Weighing yourself and<br />

then logging it on a daily basis can really<br />

help you meet your goals. It can provide<br />

you with insight into what things<br />

are working well and which are not.<br />

However, weight won’t always tell you the<br />

entire story, and body fat calculations<br />

best thing to do is to purchase a body fat<br />

caliper and body tape measure and use<br />
