Jennifer Wilson, Senior Curator at Queensland Museum, will present Hustling Hinkler - The story of Bert Hinkler’s 1928 flight from England to Australia. Nearly 90 years ago, on February 7, 1928, Queensland aviator, Bert Hinkler left Croydon aerodrome and arrived in Darwin 15½ days later, completing the first solo flight from England to Australia and setting numerous aviation records along the way.
