Travis Wetland is an important habitat for native wetland plants and birds. Be a part of a restoration project that has been underway for nearly 20 years, transforming swamp and farmland into a heritage park. The day will finish with a barbecue. The school is holding it to fundraise for a new sound system for the hall, which is also used by community groups. This year will feature bouncy castles, pony rides, mini-jeeps, photo booth, face-painting, crazy bikes, heaps of food stalls and entertainment from members of the school community. Special guests from Faerie Circle Christchurch and Darth Vader and his friends will be there too. Grab a special $20 gala pass, which is a ticket for 11 $2 activities, or buy single $2 tickets on the day. The Gala Pass can be shared within a family or between friends.
