The Undergraduate Program in Business was<br />

re-established in 2003. Through its programs in leadership,<br />

interpr<strong>of</strong>essional projects, entrepreneurship and<br />

business, the program helps prepare a new generation <strong>of</strong><br />

men and women qualified to lead the companies and<br />

organizations <strong>of</strong> tomorrow in the face <strong>of</strong> a rapidly evolving<br />

global economy and technology base. The School<br />

delivers an innovative “techno-business” educational<br />

experience that results in unique value propositions for<br />

our students, faculty and partners.<br />

The Stuart School <strong>of</strong> Business <strong>of</strong>fers two undergraduate<br />

business degrees:<br />

• Bachelor <strong>of</strong> Science in Business Administration<br />

• Bachelor <strong>of</strong> Science in Business Administration and<br />

The Interpr<strong>of</strong>essional Projects (IPRO) Program<br />

The Interpr<strong>of</strong>essional Projects Program provides all<br />

undergraduate students with the opportunity to work on<br />

Stuart School <strong>of</strong> Business<br />

These are distinctive programs designed to educate<br />

students to deal with the problems <strong>of</strong> an increasingly<br />

complex business environment where an understanding<br />

<strong>of</strong> emerging technology is central to the practice <strong>of</strong> business<br />

administration.<br />

The objectives <strong>of</strong> both <strong>of</strong> these programs are to provide<br />

future business managers and leaders with:<br />

• A solid technological foundation for the new and emerging<br />

business environment<br />

• A fundamental grounding in traditional skills <strong>of</strong> business<br />

such as accounting, economics, finance,<br />

marketing, management, and social skills<br />

• An understanding <strong>of</strong> the interdisciplinary nature <strong>of</strong><br />

management in today’s complex businesses.<br />
