University Refund Policy<br />
Under exceptional circumstances, such as withdrawal for<br />
involuntary military service, serious illness or injury, or<br />
action by the University, consideration may be given by<br />
the University for a refund or credit for unused tuition<br />
upon written request to the Office <strong>of</strong> Educational<br />
Services. Payments for other charges incurred may<br />
Outstanding Debts<br />
A restrictive hold is placed on a student’s record when<br />
that student is delinquent in fulfilling his or her financial<br />
obligation to the University. A student will be considered<br />
delinquent when his or her account is not current according<br />
to established University policies and payment due<br />
dates. Students with outstanding University debts may<br />
