Recommendation
Future implementation of the Program will need to explore more fully this difference
between the location types.
Differences according to respondent type
The breakdown of respondents to the training survey was:
• 15 Assistants
• 24 Pharmacists.
Responses were examined for differences according to the type of respondent, and the
analysis showed:
• no difference in the level of satisfaction with the Program between pharmacists and
assistants, including when the different types of training were taken into account (high
degree of satisfaction)
• no difference between pharmacists and assistants in the degree to which the Program
met expectations (met expectation to a high degree)
