This would indicate a high degree of success for the training program and its components. 4.2.2 Evaluation of the Training Program Survey Of the 45 pharmacies that completed the training, training evaluation forms were received from 38 participants, representing 29 pharmacies. Respondents were asked to indicate, as a percentage amount, their level of knowledge and skills in relation to providing continence care services before and after the training. The average “before” response was 40.5 compared with average “after” response of 74.7. This was a significant increase. Figure 22 indicates the distribution of before and after responses.
