Two summary flow charts (below) summarise the major steps in the recruitment <strong>and</strong><br />
participation of pharmacies (Figure 1) <strong>and</strong> the subsequent process for the engagement of<br />
consumers including pharmacy-recruitment of consumers (Figure 2).<br />
