New Year’s Resolutions
I resolve to focus on work-life balance and actually make it a reality! Through
a more balanced life, I hope to be a better role model for others.

While I’m not really a New Year’s resolution person, my personal mantra is
‘Be Joyful’, which means more than happiness, as happiness is internal. Joy
is external, and should be shared with whoever I encounter during my day. I
try to take the opportunity to improve another person’s day at work, home,
anywhere, and I will continue that into 2018.

My New Year’s resolution is to further evolve as a leader by: Reminding
myself that the most important aspects of my job include listening, caring,
inspiring and celebrating; making every effort to treat our employees the
way I want my children to be treated when they enter the work force; and

also like to lose 20 pounds.
