Livingroom Estate Agents has won a
highly-coveted international award
for its marketing at the global final
of the prestigious International
Property Awards.
The Guernsey estate agency won
three five-star awards – Single
Office Guernsey, Marketing Channel
Islands and Website UK – at the UK
edition of the International Property
Awards in October. Livingroom then
won both the marketing and website
categories at the UK regional
finals and was chosen to solely
represent the United Kingdom in
both categories against a further 48
countries at the grand final.
Alongside 100 property industry
leaders, Livingroom attended
the gala final in London and
subsequently won the industry
pinnacle award for International Real
Estate Marketing, beating finalists
from five other countries – Abu

A little over a year after launch,
the revolutionary Guernsey-based
private funds platform, the ID
Register (theidregister.com), has
grown substantially with help from

The ID Register is a universal investor
onboarding platform created in
response to the changing regulatory
requirements and frustration in the
funds industry at the lengthy paperbased
processes for customer due
diligence (CDD); it lets users create
one complete Know Your Client and
FATCA profile and share it securely
with their counterparts.

New business Lordes Luxury Car
Storage looks set to become a
focal point for international owners
of ultra-rare automobiles that
require state-of-the-art storage.
Lordes' facility, at a discrete location
on the island, will house 106 luxury
automobiles in a custom-designed,
high-security environment.
Chairman, Karen Lewis, and Chief
Executive Officer, Robert Lewis, have
moved their homes to Guernsey.

our storage facility involved a lot
of factors from costs, to property
selection, to taxes and to lifestyle
and ease of doing business;
Guernsey ticked all the boxes. We’re
